Kristie has 20 years of experience in healthcare from the front office through management, medical billing and collections. She brings 15 years of medical billing experience to our company and has a background in billing for multiple specialties including neurology, physical therapy, physical medicine, and chiropractic.
Prior to joining the team in 2013, she managed a successful multi-provider practice where she supervised all areas of revenue cycle management process, including claim submission, charge entry, payment posting, claims denials and appeals, and provider enrollment. Kristie’s unique background has provided her with extensive experience insourcing and outsourcing medical billing services.
